OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ALABAMA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OR THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS OLDER. VOID OUTSIDE ALABAMA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Huddle, Inc. ("Sponsor"), SafetyNet Promotions, LLC ("Administrator"), General Motors LLC, participating Chevrolet/Buick/GMC dealers, Jack Morton Worldwide, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealerships and website providers/web masters are not eligible to enter or win. Eligible individuals associated with the Youth Football League and/or parks are eligible to enter. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator, which are binding and final on all matters relating to this promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Entries will be divided in up to ten (10) Dealerships (each, a "Dealership" and collectively, the "Dealerships") listed below. Each Dealership will have its own random drawing for the Birmingham GMC Youth Football Sweepstakes First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize.

TO ENTER: All entrants to the Southeast GMC Youth Football Sweepstakes that enter from the Birmingham Market are entered into this Birmingham GMC Youth Football Sweepstakes as set forth in detail below: Between July 1, 2011 and October 31, 2011 ("Entry Period"), there are two (2) ways to enter: 1) GMC Youth Football representatives will make official entry tickets available before or during games and in their community during the Entry Period, while supplies last. To receive one (1) entry, complete the sweepstakes entry portion of the ticket and (i) return it to the representative by October 31, 2011, or (ii) mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Southeast GMC Youth Football Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 490783, Lawrenceville, GA 30049-0015. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2011 and received by November 7, 2011 to be eligible. Or 2) to enter without obtaining an entry ticket, hand-print your full name, complete address, day and evening telephone numbers (including area code) and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Southeast GMC Youth Football Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 490783, Lawrenceville, GA 30049-0015. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2011 and received by November 7, 2011 to be eligible. You can enter as often as you wish; however, each entry must be mailed separately in a separate postmarked outer envelope. Mechanical reproductions and entries generated by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned.

FIRST PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential First Prize winner for each Dealership will be selected in a random drawing held on or about November 9, 2011 from all eligible entries received from all participating Dealerships. Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Dealership. Entries from one Dealership drawing will not be included in any other Dealerships' drawing. Potential winner will be notified by telephone, phone and/or email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at Administrator's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.
