OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF LOUISIANA AND MISSISSIPPI WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OR THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS OLDER. VOID OUTSIDE LOUISIANA AND MISSISSIPPI AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of SafetyNet Promotions, LLC ("Administrator") General Motors LLC ("Sponsor"), Huddle, Inc., participating Chevrolet/Buick/GMC and Cadillac dealers, Jack Morton Worldwide, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealerships and website providers/web masters are not eligible to enter or win. Eligible individuals associated with the Youth Football League and/or parks are eligible to enter. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator, which are binding and final on all matters relating to this promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER: All entrants to the South Central GMC Youth Football Sweepstakes that enter from the New Orleans or Baton Rouge Market are entered into this New Orleans/Baton Rouge GMC Youth Football Sweepstakes as set forth in detail below: Between July 1, 2011 and November 30, 2011 ("Entry Period"), there are two (2) ways to enter: 1) GMC Youth Football representatives will make official entry tickets available before or during games and in their community during the Entry Period, while supplies last. To receive one (1) entry, complete the sweepstakes entry portion of the ticket and (i) return it to the representative by November 30, 2011, or (ii) mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: South Central Region New Orleans/Baton Rouge GMC Youth Football Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 490783, Lawrenceville, GA 30049-0015. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2011 and received by December 9, 2011 to be eligible. Or 2) to enter without obtaining an entry ticket, hand-print your full name, complete address, day and evening telephone numbers (including area code) and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: South Central Region New Orleans/Baton Rouge GMC Youth Football Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 490783, Lawrenceville, GA 30049- 0015. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2011 and received by December 9, 2011 to be eligible. You can enter as often as you wish; however, each entry must be mailed separately in a separate postmarked outer envelope. Mechanical reproductions and entries generated by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about December 12, 2011 from all eligible entries received. Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by telephone, phone and/or email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at Administrator's sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.

PRIZES: Grand Prize (1): The verified Grand Prize winner will receive a 2012 GMC Sierra Z82 Bayou Edition (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price not to exceed $35,000). Grand Prize Conditions: Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for a particular purpose or mechanical condition. Winner must have a valid U.S. driver's license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery, and the color, options, package, accessories, and other specifics of the vehicle will be at Administrator's sole discretion. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of vehicle at the dealership listed on his/her ticket, or a nearby dealership specified by the Sponsor. In the event a mail-in entry is selected, that winner must take delivery of vehicle at a dealership near winner's residence specified by Administrator. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within thirty (30) days of notification that dealership has received the vehicle. Winner is solely responsible for any and all income, federal, state and local taxes, as well as all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of the vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle. Winner may be issued an IRS 1099. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Administrator's sole discretion.
